Dustin Wu

Dustin Wu is an attorney at Law whose practice focuses on non-performing asset disposal, corporate bankruptcy and restructuring, distressed investment, and commercial dispute resolution. He primarily serves financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, and corporate clients.

He advises and represents clients in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, asset preservation, and enforcement proceedings. His experience includes debt restructuring and relief for distressed enterprises, financial loan and cross-border financing disputes, corporate legal advisory work, and selected cross-border matters.

Before entering private practice, he served as a civil servant at the governmental Bureau. He holds an LL.M. in Law and Economics from Utrecht University and an LL.B. from Chongqing University, and has published on insolvency, liquidation, judicial auctions, and financial leasing.
